Web Site Changes

You may have noticed the new look on the web site. After upgrades, the old theme no longer works. This is a known issue with the CMS. It's not going to be fixed, as it's not in their migration path. So I've configured an alternate template that works to get us by for now. I'll be playing with some new themes in the near future and we'll settle on one soon.
